Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or place entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its response. We do not keep a separate log of those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or other direct message may be retained long enough to answer and maintain the exchange. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, the server may record routine technical details about that visit:
- The IP address assigned to your device
- Which browser you are using and its version
- Your device type and operating system
- The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
- The site that sent you here, if any
- Timestamps for each page view
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small device files that help measure traffic, popular pages, and navigation patterns. Analytics vendors may combine those observations into aggregate reports. A browser can block or remove cookies, though some functions may then behave differently.

No Criminal-Record Data on File
We do not host, compile, or sell a database of personal criminal records. The published material identifies routes to the DeWitt County sheriff, local courts, Texas DPS Crime Records Division, and Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. Official Texas record access is governed in part by the Texas Public Information Act, while Government Code Chapter 411 controls criminal-history dissemination. Visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report, and this resource is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search tools. Their own privacy notices, retention periods, and sharing terms apply to information entered there. Review the provider's policy before submitting a query because those practices are beyond our control.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to courts, the sheriff, Texas agencies, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor follows one, the destination's privacy terms apply. Read them before providing personal information.
Advertising vendors may use their own technology to recognize activity across sites for ad delivery. That processing occurs under the vendor's systems and policies.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be available to:
- Search partners that handle queries you run on our site
- Analytics services we use to track traffic and performance
- Ad networks that place ads on our pages
- Law enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires it
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards protect collected data. No internet service can promise absolute security, so a breach or unauthorized access can never be ruled out completely.
Users Under 18
This resource is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. A verified request concerning a minor's submitted data will be addressed promptly.
Your Data Rights
Applicable privacy and consumer-protection law may provide rights over personal data. Texas Government Code Chapters 552 and 411 govern government public information and criminal-history dissemination, not a private site's visitor file. Subject to the law that applies, you may:
- Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
